The Opportunity: Due to recent hailstorms we need to add 10 additional salespeople to our sales team! Our sales reps will average $50k to $100k in commissions in the next 9 months. There are over 100,000 roofs that will be replaced throughout MN this year and insurance companies are paying, not the homeowner...so the sales pitch is very easy. We need salespeople to go sign these people up for their Free roofs!

Perfect job for those who need to create their own schedule! Sales experience a must...we provide insurance restoration training. If you like working outdoors and are good at talking to people...You can do this!

Compensation Plan: Weekly draw (based on the number of roof inspections you perform). Get paid draws every week!

Lucrative Commissions: Our sales reps average $5k to $10k per month or more in commissions on jobs they sign up!

Sales Contests,Bonuses,and profit sharing.

Duties: Work your own hours! Create your own schedule. Most homeowners are home evenings and Saturdays. Saturdays a must.

Must be able to get on a ladder and use a digital camera to take photos of residential roofs. Being organized a plus.

Must have own vehicle.

Computer skills a plus.

We do a thorough hail inspection of your property exterior for any damage that would be covered by your insurance company, under a no-fault claim.
