We offer a system to take your worries away on your hail damage insurance claim from start to finish. We will handle all the details to make sure your home or business is restored to new condition with your only cost being your deductible. The steps to a successful claim:
1: We do a thorough inspection of your property exterior for any damage that would be covered by your insurance company, under a no-fault claim.
2: If damaged, we would have you contact your insurance company and assist you in filing a claim. The information needed would be: the date of the storm, and we will need a claim number to attach to the file (this is very important). When you call into your insurance just ask and they will give you a claim number.
3: We meet with the insurance adjuster at your property and go over the damage together. We are working on your behalf. We must agree on the scope of damage and the measurement, the pricing is set by your insurance company.
4: Once we have received an approval from your insurance company, you let us know what siding or roofing colors you would like installed.
5: Next: The first insurance check arrives which now enables us to go ahead and order the materials you have selected.
6: We now build with the materials you have selected, we use extreme care because this is your home and we treat it as our own.
7: Once finished, we final invoice the insurance company to let them know that the job is complete and they release the final check to you, for your final payment to us.
Important: We only work off of the insurance companies’ allocated amount. In other words, “NO COST TO YOU”, less your deductible if applicable.
This is a no fault claim: Because it is a natural disaster it will not affect your insurance rates individually. According to your insurance policy you are entitled to recoverable damages.
